1General Terms

Okay bazi (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") provides an online betting and gaming service for users in Bangladesh. By registering on the Platform or using any of its services, you are deemed to have accepted each clause of these Terms & Conditions.

• These terms are governed by international gaming laws and okay bazi's own internal policies.
• Okay bazi reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via notification.
• Okay bazi reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if any provision of these terms is violated.
• Okay bazi's services are for personal use only. Commercial or professional use is strictly prohibited.
• All content on this platform — including logos, designs, and code — is the intellectual property of okay bazi.

2Account Rules

Opening an account on okay bazi is completely free. However, the following rules must be followed when creating and managing your account:

• Age Requirement: Only individuals aged 18 or above may open an account on okay bazi. Proof of identity may be requested for age verification.
• Single Account: Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and any bonuses will be forfeited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and date of birth at registration. Providing inaccurate details may result in your account being closed at any time.
• Password Security: Keep your account password confidential. okay bazi will not be held responsible for any issues arising from sharing your password with others.
• KYC Verification: Withdrawals above a certain amount require identity verification (KYC). A national ID card or passport may be required.
• Account Security: If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact okay bazi support immediately.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Depositing and withdrawing on okay bazi is easy via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Please keep the following payment rules in mind:

• Only deposit from and withdraw to a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Payments from third-party accounts will not be accepted and such transactions may be cancelled.
• Okay bazi reserves the right to hold and review any withdrawal if a transaction appears suspicious.
• Specific wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from your bonus balance.

4Bonus Terms

Okay bazi offers a variety of bonuses — Welcome Bonus, Reload Bonus, Cashback, and VIP Bonus. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed:

• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, you will generally need to wager 10–20 times the bonus amount (as specified in the terms of each individual bonus).
• Validity: Every bonus has a set expiry period. If the wagering requirements are not met within that time, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Simultaneous Bonuses: Only one bonus can be active at a time. Claiming a new bonus will cancel any existing one.
• Bonus Abuse: Using fake bets, multiple accounts, or any other fraudulent method to claim bonuses will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account suspension.
• Cashback: Weekly cashback is credited directly to your main wallet and can be withdrawn without any conditions.
• Bonus Changes: okay bazi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.

5Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting activity on okay bazi. Every member is responsible for complying with these terms:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — however, the cashout feature may be used if it is currently available on okay bazi.
• If a bet becomes void due to a technical issue during live betting, okay bazi reserves the right to cancel that bet.
• If a match is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned mid-play, the outcome will be settled according to okay bazi's designated rules.
• If there is a clear error in the odds, the affected bet will be voided. Knowingly exploiting such erroneous odds may result in account suspension.
• If match-fixing or any suspicious activity is suspected, the relevant bet will be held and an investigation will be launched.
• A maximum bet limit is set for each game or event. This limit is higher for VIP members.

6Responsible Gaming Policy

Okay bazi believes entertainment should be controlled and healthy. We are always mindful of our members' mental and financial well-being:

• Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time. Any reduction in your limit takes effect immediately.
• Taking a Break: If you feel you need a break, you can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel your betting is getting out of control, you can apply for permanent self-exclusion. Once active, you will no longer be able to log in.
• Minor Protection: Use of okay bazi by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software.

7Account Closure & Suspension

Okay bazi may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause in these Terms & Conditions.
• Opening an account with incorrect or false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Misuse of the bonus system or any fraudulent activity.
• Suspected money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Account belonging to a person under the age of 18.
• Attempts to create a new account by a self-excluded individual.

Any real balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded before an account is closed, unless the closure is due to fraud. To close your account voluntarily, please contact support.

8Changes & Updates

Okay bazi may update these terms and conditions at any time. The following process applies when changes are made:

• Members will be notified at least 7 days before any significant changes take effect.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• The date of the latest update will always be shown at the top of this page.
• If you object to any changes, you may close your account — your balance will be refunded.
